The resulting lead score, once transmitted to our secure internal CRM system (Salesforce) and linked to your email address, is retained for as long as necessary to support lead qualification, personalization, and to tailor future communications. This allows us to maintain an updated assessment of your engagement.
  • Other Data: Other personal information collected through forms (e.g., contact form submissions, workshop registrations, Executive Link paperwork) is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the submission and for our legitimate business records, or until you request its deletion. This allows us to maintain comprehensive records for business operations and customer support.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

At Ranch Management Consultants, we value the privacy of every one of our customers/clients and we make every effort to respect their personal information. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you receive text messages from us. Please read this policy carefully to understand how we manage your phone numbers. Collection of Phone Numbers  We collect your information only when you voluntarily provide it to us for product transactions, school or workshop registrations or completion of our paperwork for Executive Link membership. We may collect the following types of information when you subscribe to our text messaging service:

  • Phone Number- We collect your mobile phone number to send you text messages.
  • Message Content: We collect the content of the messages you send and receive from us. This may include individual or group meeting times, dates, or attendance, allergy information, customer service or support, or payment plan options.
  • Opt-In Information: If you opt to receive SMS messages from us, we will store your consent information.

Sharing of Phone Numbers for SMS We use Grasshopper to send and receive text messages. Your phone numbers are primarily used to call or text you with personalized services, updates or information which you need to receive. We will only share your phone number with Ranch Management Consultants’ employees. Personal Information Security We implement security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. We store your phone numbers in our secure database. We DO NOT share, transfer or sell your information to any third party. Opting Out of SMS Messages If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS (text) messages from us, you can opt out by

  • Texting STOP to opt out
  • Calling RMC office at 307-213-6010 and asking to opt out
  • Texting HELP to contact support

Privacy of Phone Numbers Once you have opted out, we will not send you any more SMS messages, nor will we sell or transfer your number to any other party.

Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
